Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Antics of Animals. We appreciate your business and want to ensure you're fully satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you're not completely happy with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below. After this, contact us at support@anticsofanimals.com.

Returns 

​

As all of our artwork is made to order, we unfortunately do not accept returns. We do, however, do everything we can to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your order, which includes issuing refunds and replacements where appropriate.

 

Damaged or Defective Product.

In the unlikely event that your order is damaged or defective, you will need to report this within 1 week of receiving your order. Please include an image of the product as well as of the package. If your item is damaged or defective, we can either offer you a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.

Wrong Product

​

If you received the wrong product or an incorrect size or print, we will of course replace it without question. Please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order in this case.

Delivery Issues

​

In case there is any issue with your delivery, please contact us within 14 days from when your order shows as delivered. We will investigate the issue and make sure you receive your item.

Wrong Address

​

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our print partner and are disposed of. Should you want to be sent another print/frame with an updated address, you will be liable for the costs of the new order.

Cancellations

​

If you have placed an order by accident, or have changed your mind, you can cancel your order within 24 hours. If 24 hours have passed, in most cases, we will not be able to grant the cancellation. The reason for this is because orders usually go into production 1 working day after the order is placed.
